Cycles of Change Workshop

We organise workshops completely attuned to the needs of the expat partner. The Cycles of Change workshop is a great success and very popular among expat and repat partners. The next workshop will be helt on 2 October. We still have availability. Contact us for further information.

Nowadays people prepare for a posting and a repatriation by utilising all of the available information on the Internet, like our own Global Connection website, and excellent books. Of course it is good to know that in China a business card must be received with two hands, but for this type of knowledge you don’t need to attend a training programme.

What is really essential, and what you can’t find in a book or on a website is how YOU, with your own particular set of values, combined with your specific cultural background and experiences, are going to react to cultural changes.

Therefore we have started to provide in-depth interactive workshops for expat and repat partners, where participants will be confronted through a supportive and insightful interchange, with their own personal approach to reacting, evaluating and ultimately interacting with a culture. You will learn to recognise the ‘cycles of change’ and to discover the personal ‘do’s and needs’ that may impact your international life.

This Global Connection workshop will focus on gaining a better understanding of the opportunities and challenges associated with living abroad and repatriation, how international mobility affects us all, and how cultural differences permeate our every day lives.

For more information please read the brochure and feel free to send us an e-mail if you want to sign up or have any questions about the workshop.
